Stock Tracker has been written using the very latest development tools, as such there are a number of benefits and technologies you can use with Stock Tracker, as standard.

Postcode Integration

If you are a trade counter or take telephone or mail orders, you can use postcode integration to speed up the process.  Stock Tracker works with AFD postcode technology so you can enter the postcode then choose from a list of addresses to reduce the number of keystrokes significantly.

BARCODING and LABEL PRINTING

If your products already have barcodes you can add an inexpensive barcode scanner to your till or PC and scan products rather than searching for them.  We've also added barcodes to standard documents so you can find old orders which a simple click of the scanner.

ebay importing

eBay stores can import their CSV files into Stock Tracker so no need to enter tens or hundreds of orders each day.

Office and PDF DOCUMENTS

Any report, chart or table within Stock Tracker can be imported into Microsoft Office documents, Adobe PDF or Comma Separated Values (CSV) format so you can use the valuable data in your own spreadsheets, persentations or reports.

SMS Text Messaging

By integrating with SMS services you can send text messages to customers to keep them informed about the status of their order.
