The warehousing module covers the physical tasks of picking, packing and dispatching your orders, plus receipt of goods in from your suppliers.
Barcode enabled workflow means less tapping of keys and more productivity from your warehouse team. The goods in process lets you mark product received and also product which is short so suppliers can be chased for a fulfilment date. You can quarantine or ring-fence stock for QA purposes or in the case of returns it can be given a reduced price for resale.
Dispatched items can be grouped by carrier and linked directly to their systems giving you real-time control of the product after it has physically left your warehouse.
Of course you can completely by-pass the warehousing module if you are a trade counter or sole trader!
